RJ Malishka Instagram – One month of Freedom at Midnight!
Playing Sarojini Naidu took me straight back to my childhood—growing up listening to stories about her, her courage, her poetry, and yes, dressing up like her for a school competition nd feeling so proud. Little did I know, years later, I’d get to actually step into her shoes (still pinching myself over that one!).
The cast was a total powerhouse—bringing Nehru, Gandhiji, Sardar Patel, the Jinnahs, the Mountbattens, and Wavell to life with so much honesty and heart. Living and breathing history, surrounded by people who poured their hearts into these iconic roles, made every moment feel like we were part of something much bigger than just a set.
It’s been a month since we released this project, and looking back, it still feels just as special as the day we started.
And yes it was pretty serious but masti ke liye ek moment mil hi jaata tha.
