Create a diverse group which reflects the world we live in and can help you thrive by sharing their unique experiences.
It’s not about the number of followers you have it’s about the quality of those numbers and the authentic daily connections you make with the people who follow you.
This is my community – I love my women and I love what we stand for together. I feel blessed to have them in my life as friends and as customers.
I run my business with just 3 other women – we work hard, we’re passionate and we want to disrupt the skincare industry – not with new packaging or the latest way to bust a “wrinkle” but instead to do business and create products that puts women and the environment at the centre of every decision. We care about those who supply our products and we believe in honesty and transparency. We are disrupting by being different to how skincare has been made and sold to women.
We’re not big. We’re not advertising. We’re not using influencers, we don’t have an investor.
But we have a community of women and that’s the only tribe we need to grow and thrive.
So if you are a small business please do not feel you are not being seen or heard just because you’re not in magazines, on the telly or have celebrity influencers – even with just a handful of followers you have everything you need to create a community around your business. Connect with those that support you and serve them well and reap the rewards of their loyal support x
