The home of Chick-fil-A. It was a convenient transit city for our last stop before heading home. I got to meet Hubby’s uni friends who made this place so meaningful. Not only were they amazing tour guides but they really sold us on the North Atlanta suburban lifestyle. I could see the charm of the city and how the depths of these friendships can really feel like home.
We managed to catch Martin Lawrence as well as the Hawks/Pacers game at the State Farm Arena. I forgot how greasy and large everything is in the States but boy oh boy, does Southern food have a special place in my heart. Mary Mac’s Sweet Potato Soufflé- chef’s kiss!
Definitely one of our favourites for many reasons including Ponce Street Market, we will have to do the Belt Line when we come back! Big thank you to Joey, Wendy, Young Sang, Beatrice, Dustin and Jen for spending time with us and allowing us to disrupt your schedule for a couple of days!! ❤️❤️❤️
