Literally all MNCs have this avenue so don’t be too afraid to ask your HR to connect you to your target country’s office. Many companies prefer internal transfers over external hires, and your manager might connect you with valuable contacts abroad.🙌🏼
2. Create a professional resume website: Do this to showcase your skills and make yourself discoverable to international recruiters. Include a portfolio of your work, testimonials etc. Doing it over a website is better than a CV as a website is more dynamic and separates you from the sea of CVs. 🌟

3. Learn AI skills: Do this to significantly boost your marketability, as AI expertise is in high demand globally across industries. Consider specialised certifications in machine learning, data analysis, or AI tools that are relevant to your field.☀️
