I’ve whipped up these Carrot Morning Muffins using Isopure Zero Carb Protein Powder – it’s an easy way to get a boost of protein and adds a hint of vanilla and sweetness to the recipe! Each scoop has zero grams of carbs and sugar and 25 grams of protein making it a simple way to add nutrients to my favorite recipes. Enjoy! ❤️

Ingredients for pistachio topping:
1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
2 tablespoons Isopure Zero Carb Vanilla Protein Powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
4 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into 1/2” small pieces
Ingredients for muffins:
1/2 cup whole milk
1 cup shredded carrots, divided
3/4 cup avocado oil
3 whole eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
2 scoops Isopure Zero Carb Vanilla Protein Powder
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
