Hot Toddy

2 ounces bourbon
1 tablespoon lavender honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/3 cup hot water
Dried lavender, for garnish
Lemon peel, for garnish
In a mug add the bourbon, honey, lemon juice and then slowly pour the hot water over the mixture while stirring to dissolve the honey. Garnish with a few dried lavender pods and lemon peel.
