Tiffany Derry Instagram – We did a thing and it was fun!! My kitchen team and I took a field trip to go learn about lettuce. We drove 2.5 hours and had a ball. It’s great to watch everyone really start to get into it they were asking lots of questions and eating everything!! Our next generation of Chefs going to be alright!! We loved learning all about the science with their farmer! Ohh also they are running a zero waste facility majorly impressed.
