Luke warm lemon water (wait 30 mins)
Celery juice (16 oz)
Breakfast smoothie:
1/2 C frozen blueberries
1/2 C frozen cherries
1/2 banana
1C coconut milk
1 scoop Just Ingredients strawberries and cream protein
Sprinkle hemp seeds on top
Lunch
Pesto chicken wrap
Ezekiel tortilla
Rotisserie chicken
Organic pesto
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Dinner
Beef tomatillo bowl:
One package of organic beef
1/2 onion (save other half)
4 to 5 mini tri colored peppers chopped
One package of frozen cauliflower rice (pre seasoned is so good!)
Salt and pepper garlic salt to taste
Tomatillo sauce:
1 lbs. tomatillos husked and rinced
1-2 jalapeños
2 cloves garlic
1/2 c chopped onion (from earlier)
1/2 C fresh cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
Salt to taste
* roast the tomatillos and jalapeños in oven on broil for 5-7 mins
Blend all ingredients together and drizzle on top of the dish!
