Yoanna House Instagram – One Year anniversary, I made a commitment to myself that I would get back to things in life that were important to me and change the trajectory of my life. The Domino effect, three years of injuries last year was the most serious broken leg and multiple injuries needing surgery. Refused to take painkillers and slowly and steadily healed I was in a bad place mentally and frustrated beyond measure. I was on the borderline of being pre-diabetic, a statistic in my family. I put on more weight than I care to admit from not being able to walk for a good bit, but I used the momentum to further my education.
