A lot of times the audience doesn’t really know the challenges that the artists and crew face before a show – it really takes a village – we should be building robust ecosystems where we spend time and energy not troubleshooting but creating things we dream about and believe in – an ecosystem where we can all thrive knowing that we can collaborate at our highest capacity trusting each other to do our best work.
May this be the legacy we build.
