@RESCUEorg is sounding the alarm on a humanitarian catastrophe unfolding in real time. The U.S. government just ended thousands of humanitarian aid programs and cut off billions of dollars of essential aid to those who need it most, putting the world’s most vulnerable people in immediate peril.
This is a matter of life and death. Children will suffer, as food from hardworking American farmers sits idle in warehouses. Preventable tragedies, like deaths from treatable diseases, will happen daily. For over 90 years, the IRC has worked to help people in the hardest-to-reach places survive, recover and rebuild.
