Esta Páscoa deixo-vos uma receita rápida que irá fazer as delicias de todos. Bola de Carne com farinha de arroz e óleo de coco. É rápida, rende e deliciosa. Boa Páscoa 🐣 * 250 g chouriço * 150 – 200 g bacon * 4 ovos * 100 g óleo de girassol * 100 g oleo de coco * 300 g leite * sal, q.b. * 300 g farinha * 200 g farinha de arroz porção para polvilhar * 2 c. chá de fermento * manteiga q.b. para untar Pré-aqueça o forno a 180° C. Triture o bacon e o chouriço em pedaços pequenos. Reserve Coloque numa batedeira os ovos, o óleo, o óleo de coco (derretido), o leite, o sal e bata tudo por 2 ou 3 minutos. Adicione as farinhas e o fermento e misture até obter uma massa homogénea. (Pode usar uma batedeira) Adicione as carnes em pedaços e envolva. Pode acrescentar raspas de laranja, limão ou erva doce à mistura. Coloque numa forma, untada com manteiga e polvilhada com farinha. Leve ao forno cerca de 25 minutos a 180 graus.
