Boil whole wheat pasta for 11 mins with pinch of salt n 1 tsp oil. Then drain the water and keep it. In a blender, take boiled Beetroot, tofu, almond milk and blend into a semi thick consistency pink sauce
In a pan, add chopped garlic, veggies of choice. Then add the pink sauce , salt, pepper and then finally pasta. Mix it well and cook nicely. Finally serve with chilli flakes n oregano | Posted on 16/Mar/2025 12:19:48
