There is definitely something Raw and Visceral when handling a Concealable Weapon,
Not a Gun, not a Taser or Pepper Spray.
Not even a Tactical Baton,
But Cold Hard Steel
Up Close and Personal,
Folding Knife!
It gives you a tingly feeling playing around with it,
It’s strangely empowering in a slightly worrisome way.
But I know it’s better to have it and not need it,
Than to need it and not have it!
Right?
But holding it does kinda feel a bit naughty.
This particular example I have is not with me for Self Defense,
I have absolutely no knife skills,
not in the Kitchen
And especially not in hand to hand combat,
so obviously pulling this thing out in any situation would be more a danger to myself than to anyone else.
