We converged in Paris last night at the @glblctzn #PowerOurPlanet Festival to remind powerful nations of their need to honour their pledge to vulnerable countries in order to fight climate change.
In Ghana, we are losing our forest lands and water bodies to ‘Galamsey’, : Illegal mining, and we could be importing water in the next couple of years if this menace is not curbed.
Babies are being born with defects in some illegal mining areas, the environment is gradually becoming poisoned, and we can not allow this to carry on.
We all have a role to play. Stand up and act now!!! Let us #PowerOurPlanet
