Bright, sexy & deliciously chic
    •    2 oz tequila Reposado [or vodka]
    •    Juice from ½ fresh grapefruit
    •    2–3 slices of cucumber, muddled
    •    Splash of Aperol
    •    Splash of Pellegrino
    •    Garnishes: cucumber slice, grapefruit segment, fresh mint, & a sprig of rosemary
Method
    1    In a cocktail shaker, gently muddle your cucumber slices with the freshly squeezed grapefruit juice.
    2    Add the Don Julio Reposado & a splash of Aperol.
    3    Add ice, seal, and shake lightly to combine (you don’t want to overdo it).
    4    Strain into a glass filled with ice.
    5    Top with a refreshing splash of Pellegrino.
    6    Adorn with cucumber, grapefruit, mint, & a sprig of rosemary for that final sophisticated touch.
