I’ve always loved baking. Growing up, we moved around a lot, and baking became my constant – a sweet source of comfort and creativity.
But I didn’t fully return to it until I was laid off from my corporate job.
With time on my hands and no clear next step, I turned back to something that had always brought me joy. 🎂
What started as baking for friends and family turned into a side hustle…
Charles and I would spend weekends delivering custom cakes all over the hills of San Francisco. (Yes, there were a few frosting-covered disasters along the way! 😂)
Little did I know…👇🏻
That side hustle – born from uncertainty and passion – would become @sprinklescupcakes: the world’s first cupcake-only bakery and a national sensation. 😳🧁❤️
Moral of the story? Sometimes the sweetest chapters start when you least expect them. ✨
