Chrissy Teigen Instagram – HOOOO boy, this week’s podcast with @glennondoyle was filled with epiphanies galore! I don’t think I’ve ever uttered the words “I want” or “I need” out loud and even typing them feels wrong. I’ve never known what I want or what I need. Or I’ve never really thought about it, at least. If you asked me what I want, I’d say whatever you want IS what I want. Whatever you need me to need, I need that. Does that make sense? And yet I don’t feel like a pushover, it’s more me not knowing that I deserve to be able to say those things. Glennon taught me we all do! Even if it means stepping on a few toes.
We also discuss what we can and what we can’t control (newsflash, you cannot control much!) and talked about the BEAUTY of real-world connections. And so, so much more. God, I loved this talk so much.
