We met on zoom a couple of months ago, I didn’t know then that herself, her husband and son are all neurodivergent. Through the support of myself and my team @globegettersbychristine — In just 3 months, Keris is fully qualified and has built her own ‘neurodiverse inclusive travel agency’ – working around her life and needs, in her way, Keris is following her passion, earning and supporting others too 💛
Autistic adults have the highest unemployment rate of all adults with over 70% unemployed – the vast majority (around 60%) really want to work but often feel misunderstood or unsupported in a work environment.
