Cristina Zenato Instagram – My parents were worried but never opposed my desire to follow my dream, they saw the happiness it was giving me and although they might have wished I was closer to home and them, they never put pressure on me to return.
Instead they gave me a recommendation I keep to this day and I give to others: always keep enough money in the pocket to buy a ticket to leave should you have any problems (this comes from my dad’s travels and some of the places he worked where the political stability was questionable.)
It is not easy to always follow a dream, but it’s worth it.
