Davina McCall Instagram – Hey, so here we are , workout 1 of week three of our #strengthandsculpt challenge on @ownyourgoalsdavina . This workout was with Nathalie . It was roughly 20 minutes long and this is an amazing part of my recovery … trying to rebuild good quality muscle. I’m training roughly 3-4 times a week. And that includes a bit of Couch to 5K as well , trying to rebuild my fitness levels. Alongside that, the benefits to my mental health and positive mindset are mind blowing.
