Gabbie Hanna Instagram – A verse to summarize 2024 for me. God has never once let me down. He has never once abandoned or betrayed me. For whatever reason that I’ll never be able to fathom or repay, He blessed me from a very young age with the spiritual gift of FAITH. Every single time I felt out of control, I knew God was in control. Every single time something was being taken from me, I knew it was because God didn’t want me to have it. Every single time I felt lost, I knew God was shielding and protecting me. He removed me from tables where the host was poisoning me. He closed trap doors. He pulled me out of the pits of hell and brought me into His Kingdom. In miraculous ways, natural and supernatural, He set me on the path He built and paved for me. He exposed lies to me and revealed truth. And through it all, through all the confusion, pain and darkness, I just *knew* He had something better for me. I just *knew* I’d come out of the wilderness better than I entered it. & I was right. He rewarded my faith even though He’s the one who gave it to me.
Thank you, Sweet God, for the changes you made in my life this year. Thank you, My King, for using all things, even my worst mistakes, even the attacks of the enemy, for my good (Romans 8:28). Thank you for the ways you will choose to use me this upcoming year and all the years to come. Thank you for choosing me, my Good Father, to dwell in your presence. Thank you, My Savior, for giving me a willful spirit and desire to follow you. Give me the words and actions to help in any and every way you see fit. Fill me with wisdom, knowledge, understanding, grace, patience, love, clarity, discernment, humility, peace, generosity & hope. Thank you for your forgiveness when I fall again and again- strengthen me through Your Son to become stronger against my own flesh, to walk in The Spirit.
