✨I’ve been trying to be more intentional about the way I spend my in between times so I can show up as my best self… During the day I transition often, I might go from teaching gardening classes at an elementary school, to handing out produce to the unhoused, working in my greenhouse, leading foraging walks at Griffith Park, going to my favorite tea house to work on my book, then taking my pup to the dog beach for a jog. Sometimes it feels like I spend more time transitioning from one place to the other than I spend at the actual destination .
