1/2 cup old fashioned oats
3/4 cup water
Dash of milk of choice
Dash of maple syrup
Dash of cinnamon
Microwave for 1 minute, stir, microwave for another minute. Let it sit for a few minutes to soak up the liquid.
Stir in a scoop of chocolate protein powder, 1 tbsp peanut butter, and a mashed sad looking but beautiful on the inside banana. 😍
