JuJu Chan Instagram – Walking along the Avenue of Stars in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, surrounded by tourists from around the world, I felt a tremendous sense of pride—not just for our local AAPI community in the Bay Area, but for the global Asian community. Every day, we’re seeing the green shoots of unity we’ve nurtured over the years. Much of this energy fuels the Bruce Lee statue project we’re bringing to life in San Francisco’s Chinatown, the city where Bruce was born.
It was especially meaningful to share this moment with a friend, @JujuChanSzeto, a talented actress, new mother, and dedicated martial artist known by her fans as the “female Bruce Lee.” Standing together in front of Bruce’s statue, we celebrated his legacy and the bridges he built across cultures.
