This year has been……… interesting 👀 I’ve NEVER had to be so patient in all of my days! Literally just waiting on so. many. things. that are out of my control 🤬 Times like this, I highly recommend doing anything that brings the power back into your hands. Thanks to @ameliadimz @headieone @museummammy @itsbigzuu & @charliemase1 – I reminded myself how important a good pep talk is. Them: Julie, what’s your biggest fear? Me: R E B O U N D I N G I don’t know who made this ‘exercise’ up but it’s truly my worst nightmare. This month I wanted to move out of my comfort zone so I borrowed Amberley’s daughter’s trampoline (Thank you ❤️) & gave rebounding a second chance. I can’t lie… I like a challenge, and every once in a while I believe you should give new things a try, even if you’re sure it’s not your vibe (unless it’s sparkling water). Also, I liked the poetic justice of wearing Cloudtilts & feeling like I’m flying. The high knees section was unnecessary though – the trivia helped to distract me from the torture.
