Eres la medicina que cura el alma,
El sol que nace en la noche más oscura.
No busques fuera lo que está en tu calma,
La fuerza reside en tu propia figura.
No necesitas un rito ni un altar,
Solo tu ser, tu esencia, tu verdad.
La herida se sana al comenzar a amar,
Y la paz se encuentra en la libertad.
Olvídate de los miedos, de la duda,
El camino se abre con tu propio pie.
Eres la luz que ilumina, que perdura,
Y el amor que sana, que siempre cree.
No busques más, no esperes un milagro,
Ya lo tienes dentro, ya eres el regalo.
Eres la medicina, eres el sagrado,
Y en tu propio ser, el cielo se ha hallado.

“Cure yourself with the light of the sun and the rays of the moon.
With the sound of the river and the waterfall.
With the swaying of the sea and the fluttering of birds.
Heal yourself with mint, with neem and eucalyptus.
