Very traditionally served on a platter with fava beans, ricotta salata, salami and hard boiled eggs, it’s a necessity, like cookies at Christmas or turkey on Thanksgiving, without it, there’s no Easter. The easiest way to describe this is like a savory bread studded with sharp provolone and salty Italian deli meats, it’s so good and cold is even better!
