Mindy Kaling Instagram – It’s a sad day for me because my wonderful assistant @katelinden is leaving! She quit and she’s REALLY upset about it!! JK JK JK! Kate is living her dream and becoming a TV writer! Of course I am so happy for her, but selfishly I will miss my Kate The Great aka Kater aka Kay-ttles. We have been on so many adventures together. She has been my date to every conceivable awards show and traveled all over the world together. She knows the in-room dining menu at the Pierre Hotel by heart. But probably my favorite time with her is when we are both sitting on my bed watching cuts of episodes on a laptop from 2019, pausing every few minutes so I can hear her smart thoughts about it. Or hear her talk about her favorite shows (How I Met Your Mother makes a lot of appearances) and why she loves TV so much. She has the best taste in clothes, comedy, and music and I honestly don’t know who is going to explain @chappellroan’s journey for me. But like Chappell in Pink Pony Club, Kate has to leave to start her own journey now! I love you, Kate The Great! You’re gonna be huge!
