It’s crazy to think a small conversation with @_flowwithlo turned into this beautiful community. 🥲 We just wanted to create a space for moms to support each other through wellness, to nurture who we are now, in our new roles. (We didn’t lose ourselves mamas, we evolved.) A space to move through motherhood with energy, joy, support, and community. That’s how @WellnessMomClub was born. It’s more than tennis. It’s more than workouts. Wellness, for us, means connection, growth, and caring for ourselves just as much as we care for everyone else. I’m so proud of what we’re building. Yesterday, I got to celebrate one of my dearest friends of over 10 years at her beautiful baby shower. When Araseli first told me she was pregnant, I cried, smiled so hard and jumped up, and said, “I’m helping you with your baby shower!” Fast forward to yesterday… I had the absolute honor of helping bring her beautiful baby cello theme to life. 🍋💛 We laughed sooo hard, reminisced on old memories, and we are all so excited about the future.
