Nikki DeLoach Instagram – Sometimes during the thick of the hardest moments, we don’t have the bandwidth to process everything that is happening to us. Call it “out of office brain”. There’s only so much we can handle and our bodies know we must make it through whatever the crisis is-whether that be a treatment, a surgery, an illness, a divorce, a loss…..we get through it, and then as @nikdeloach says-you’re left holding this pile of sh$t afterwards going….now what. That’s the hard part-friends and caregivers that’s AS hard as the journey through the crisis! Processing takes time. Healing takes time.
