Rhiannon Giddens Instagram – I’m proud to serve on the board of @decolonizingthemusicroom, that on March 15 will present the fifth year of its Fort Worth African American Roots Music Festival @fwaamfest, started and run by @brandipacemusic.
There is a burgeoning renaissance within the Black Americana, roots, old time, country — this a very important piece of cultural work that Brandi’s doing, and it needs to be supported in a way that’s commensurate with that importance.
Please help support, it’s right around the corner – and we want to make this fifth year anniversary the biggest one yet! Head to fwaamfest.com for info. | Posted on 09/Mar/2025 21:19:28
