This is not a French pissaladiere or a Ligurian Pissalandrea.
It’s whatever I had in the freezer and pantry, which bears similarities with the above mentioned specialities!
1 sheet of great quality puff pastry placed on top on a tray lined with baking paper, 1/2 tin of chopped tomatoes on top, two onions cut into rings and stewed for 10 minutes in a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar (and a pinch of sugar) scattered at random, and however many anchovies you can handle. In a 200C oven for 25 minutes. AMAZING!
