So many of you have expressed shock, outrage and disbelief at the fact I was left on board for 90 min after landing as my wheelchair was lost by the ground op’s teams (yes, I do have air tags on it now 😂). I really appreciate the sympathy so much and hope the airline industry has seen the response and learns from it. But I won’t hold my breath.
This has happened before and it will happen again.

The UK Government set up a “Task and Finishing Group” to tackle these issues. Change can’t come soon enough.
