❤️🔥What an amazing way to close out #Heart month! ❤️. Monday night was nothing short of glorious! A room full of 50 brilliant, resilient, unstoppable Black & Brown women, coming together to celebrate sisterhood, wellness, and the power of putting our health on the front burner where it belongs!
We laughed, we shared, we uplifted, and yes—we even paused to cheer on our amazing sister @joyannreid as she signed off from MSNBC with the grace and power we all love her for. 🙌🏾
From personal stories of triumph to real talk about the challenges we’ve faced, this night was about more than just dinner—it was about commitment. Commitment to ourselves. To each other. To living longer, healthier, and fuller lives.
