SWV When we discuss the great groups in R&B, a group that has to be mentioned is SWV. A few days ago, I saw @bryanmichaelcox giving SWV their love and just saying how important they were not only to him, but to R&B and It made me smile When SWV arrived on the scene, they were so unlike anyone else, their style, their look, and their vocals were out of this world and everyone was completely enamored with everything about them. I realize when we talk about greats in R&B, SWV isn’t always mentioned, and they should be, because they brought so much to R&B & just to the culture period. EVERY Single Girl went out to get nails like Coko, Everybody wanted to look like Taj or dress like Lelee, and let’s not talk about their voices.
