Some moments stay with you forever, and among them are the moments I spent with the resilient women of Sindh. 💜 Walking through the villages, I met women who had lost everything to the floods—their houses, their belongings, their sense of security—all washed away overnight. But in their eyes, I didn’t see just loss. I saw strength. I saw hope. Through the world’s largest climate-resilient housing initiative led by the Government of Sindh—Sindh People’s Housing for Flood Affectees (SPHF)—these women are turning adversity into strength, and strength into a future they can finally call their own. Once left without a place to call home, they are now becoming rightful homeowners for the first time. Sitting with them, listening to their stories, I was overwhelmed with emotion. This isn’t just about houses—it’s about dignity, security, and the right to belong.
