Archana Kavi Instagram – I don’t often share much about these two because they are such private and shy people (unlike my dad and Ritu’s dad, lol). But 10 years ago, Ritu walked into a life with a Mallu guy, where every meal had to have non-veg, and a big, loud family! We all had our doubts, wondering how she’d adjust. But this is when I learned to truly respect my brother. I’ve never seen a man hold space for his wife like he has. It was an unspoken rule: you go through him to get to Ritu.
At the same time, I watched a young vegetarian, religious woman leave her mark on all of us, no matter what our culture was. In a world where marriages seem so fragile, these two have proved that two headstrong individuals can make it work in the most romantic and unique way possible. They had a lot to overcome, but wow, are they remarkable.
I’ve seen Ashish grow so much — from shedding his layers (and wearing better clothes!) to embracing his true self as a creator and talent. He’s become a better son, husband, and now an even better father. Ritu, you bring out the best in him, and we love you just the way you are. ❤️
