Things I would absolutely recommend, Dutch pancakes @pancakesamsterdam they do have a vegan option, this lemon sugar one. Cheese is amazing in Amsterdam so don’t forget to buy, best is @henriwillig, you can try different ones, they even have lavender, smoked and various options. Check the date of expiry behind, most were 3-5 months, so it’s ok to carry back. My favourite part of the day was spending time at Vondelpark, it’s a beautiful park where you can sit in peace all day. You can also take the city sightseeing, hop on hop off bus.
