Earlier this month I flew to Xuzhou, Jiangsu to a show. It’s nice to see the fans again! I spent a lot of time signing many A4 size photos and only had a few minutes to take some quick selfies before I go on stage. London is still very much winter time in February, it is often cold and grey with continuous drizzle. This is the exact reason to put on a new outfit and try new makeup to stay cheerful and look forward to the brighter days of spring. I went to the Mandarin Oriental in Mayfair to attend a Chinese New Year event and to celebrate the Lantern Festival. As a longtime fan of MO, it’s nice to step inside this hotel for the first time and the staff are really warm and welcoming. I wore a champagne gold satin dress and match it with Dior’s spring limited edition makeup. The pearlescent shades of pink, mauve and light green really uplift my mood and bring forth the revitalizing energy of spring.
