Leaving your own country at 20 years old in the early 70’s and marrying my father 3 years after interracial marriage stopped being illegal was pretty brave of you! I know you went thru a lot and you never wavered and always showed up with integrity and class. Never taking shortcuts and always helping everyone else before yourself. You are a selfless mother and helper of everyone and a seeker of justice and I appreciate you passing some of those qualities down to Larry and I.
