Janelle Pierzina Instagram – December 2024 was an incredible month in Real Estate! I was very busy with closings, showings not to mention getting ready for Christmas. I was fortunate enough to work with several repeat clients.
I had my second transaction with my friend Connor Crow. I sold his home in Eden Prairie after a couple days on the market. We are lifelong friends and I wouldn’t know him if it wasn’t for my real estate business.
Katrina bought her dream home in Edina. I was so happy for her and her growing family! Having a place that was walkable to Country Club was super important to her. I can’t wait to see what she does with the back yard.
Steve is a repeat client of mine as well. I sold him his first home back in 2013 when I had just gotten licensed in Minnesota. Since then he’s upgraded a couple times! It’s exciting to watch these families and relationships grow.
And then there’s Paige. I just met her in November. She had her home listed with another agent for several months and the agent wasn’t even trying to sell it. She felt hopeless, but I knew if I just changed the marketing and pushed this house to sell we could get it done. So I took over and got it under contract within three weeks!
December 2024 was a reminder of why I love what I do. Real estate is so much more than transactions—it’s about the relationships that grow along the way. This past month, I reflected on how fortunate I’ve been to become a trusted partner and friend to so many incredible people!
