Easter celebrations, food-focused work trips, book III photoshoot, flowers overflowing, good (press on) nails, June-borrowed jewelry & a life abundant in all the little happies. 36 years has taught me to open eyes wider, listen harder, think broader, slow down bigger & sink deep in those fleeting, peaceful, little moments.
Thank you all for the kind, thoughtful birthday messages. I spent it the way I meant to- with the focus being on all the tiny, quiet moments with my tiny not quiet people. A day filled with long massages, solo Mexican lunch dates, midday cuddles & movies, after school birthday cake, ice cream on repeat, a few cups of good hot coffee and a few hot baths too.
