Here’s how to get long-lasting, bouncy curls every single time:
✔ Start with 80% dry hair – too wet, and it won’t hold!
✔ Use a volumizing mousse for extra grip & hold. (I like @redken and @fableandmane)
✔ Hold the ends of your hair TIGHT, then let the Airwrap pull & wrap it up automatically (wait for 20/30 seconds)
✔ Pick the right barrel – 30mm for tight curls, 40mm for soft waves.
✔ Use high heat, then always finish with the cold shot – to set the curl.
✔ Pin curls while cooling for extra staying power.
✔ Let curls fully set before touching – don’t use a hairbrush to open the curls, only your hands.
✔ Finish with a light/medium hold hairspray or texturizing spray for all-day bounce! (I use @wellahairuki @wellahair or @hairbysammcknight)
