What a truly special day it was getting to celebrate Connie’s new reality show (with so much ❤️ heart) The Motherhood today in #NYC. It will be yours this Monday on @hallmarkchannel There is nothing better than getting to see your best friend of 30 years making dreams come true. Not only for herself but for so many single Moms out there who need community and support and are true inspirations, juggling all aspects of life while raising kids. Connie knows from whence she speaks. She is a single Mom who has a beautiful son, a dynamic career, and has built a true community of friends and found family.
