Dios tiene sus caminos.
Llegué justo antes de que sucediera la pandemia y todo cambió.
Recuerdo aquel día en mi entrevista el funcionario:
-Quién es su sponsor? Yo no supe qué responder y luego de revisar mis documentos me dijo:
-Usted es su propio sponsor, su carrera, sus premios y reconocimientos y rompí a llorar.
Han sido 5 años MUY DUROS, de MUCHO TRABAJO. SOLA🥹 todo es más difícil. Sin mi familia, sin mis amigos, sin mi equipo.
Pero decidí renunciar a muchas cosas y seguir adelante, tenía que salir adelante por que sí. Probándome a mí misma que se puede, a pesar de que confieso había días en los que me costaba levantarme de la cama😖
…Y aquí vamos con mis sueños intactos y mirando el camino trazado con dignidad.
Como ciudadana italiana 🇮🇹 y venezolana 🇻🇪me siento honrada y agradecida de ser hoy también ciudadana americana 🇺🇸
Hoy ADMIRO más que nunca a mis PADRES y a los #inmigrantes que trabajan por sus sueños.
LOS AMO gracias por estar conmigo siempre.

God has His ways.
I arrived just before the pandemic hit, and everything changed.
I remember that day during my interview—
The officer asked me: “Who is your sponsor?”
I didn’t know what to say.
Then, after reviewing my documents, he looked at me and said:
“You are your own sponsor,your career, your awards, your achievements.” And I broke down in tears.
It has been five years of HARD WORK.
Doing it ALONE makes everything HARDER🥹.
Without my family, without my friends, without my team.
But I chose to give up many things and move forward. Provino to myself that it could be done,
Even though I admit there were days when getting out of bed felt impossible😖
And here I go, with my dreams intact and the strength to look back with dignity
As an Italian 🇮🇹and Venezuelan 🇻🇪citizen,
I am honored and grateful to now also be an American citizen🇺🇸
Today, more than ever, I ADMIRE my PARENTS and the #immigrants who work toward their dreams.
I LOVE YOU all thank you for always being with me.
