Kim Sharma Instagram – Our show #hoemonal closed its India tour last evening with the best of the best @sumukhisuresh . A year ago when we started I couldn’t have imagined the journey that lay ahead .
EVERY step of the way we were told doesn’t work like this , can’t do this , won’t sell out , it’s a woman’s piece of content, take it easy , comics don’t do hmu 😂 , this is how it works and every step of that way we did it different also because WHY NOT ?Why can’t a female comedian perform on big large stages? What’s a niche piece of content ? Aren’t we 50% of the world ?
How is that niche ?!!!
Many many battles and sold out shows later we closed at the biggest venue in the city @nmacc.india with our most beautiful community of women ( ok some men too 😉 )
Sold out in two weeks / first female comedian at the Grand theatre and we are so grateful !
Appreciation to firstly the naysayers. Thank you , you gave us the motivation. Pls don’t let us get lazy, keep saying No!

When we decided to start our tour I went to the biggest partner in the business to co produce with us , after all this was my first rodeo. “We are not confident of her selling out , let’s look at smaller venues and next year “
