At the time, Posey was cementing her indie film legend status with roles in “You’ve Got Mail” and “Scream 3,” while Kudrow was already a household name as Phoebe Buffay on “Friends.”⁠

Since then, both have left their mark on cult TV — Posey as Jack’s nemesis on “Will & Grace,” Kudrow as a washed-up actress on “The Comeback.” This season, they delivered two standout performances: Posey as wealthy matriarch Victoria Ratliff in “The White Lotus,” and Kudrow as a grieving mother in Netflix’s “No Good Deed.”⁠
