Manya Singh Instagram – From past few years I have been trying to keep my personal life private as much as I can
But I’d like to write about this pilgrimage that I have been wanting to come here for a long time and
Taking my parents who are in their 50s now is an emotionally testing in a way one cannot explain
Watching them gasp for breath and hold their knees and chest, take breaks at slippery path
That made me question baba why you’re so far?
And I got my answer when I walked back after the darshan
As I was coming back down the hill, I witnessed something different
When people saw few yatris on the verge on giving up
Then they take long breath and chant “Om Namath Shivaay”
And instantly few yatris chant back and pick themselves up to continue
Horses and villagers carry the yatris to fulfil their desire of worshipping
Thank you to the people who are doing selfless act of service and sacrifice and sense of duty by protecting each one of us

This place is powerful because it stands witness to the act of such selfless service regardless of person’s wealth, beauty and power it’s one’s healthy body and strong mind and a heart that helps others
