I’m currently at 69 kgs up from 64 kgs a few months ago. My weight tends to fluctuate due to hypo thyroid issues but I’m working towards getting back to my healthiest self !! Anyhow getting back to 61 kgs I maintained last year. After almost 3 months, I’m finally back in the gym. As someone who’s always pushed to overwork and overachieve, I didn’t give myself time to rest for nearly 2 years I kept going until my body and mind gave up. I ended up in the emergency room after severe anxiety attacks, countless sleepless and tear filled nights. Eventually, I understood that I can’t pour from an empty cup. I’ve learned that taking care of yourself isn’t optional.. it’s essential! Social media often highlights only the smiles, the wins, and the celebrations. But behind every picture perfect moment is a story and sometimes, that story includes struggle, burnout, and healing. This is me choosing to share not just the good, but also the growth. Because it’s never too late to hit reset and start again. Here’s to rebuilding slowly, steadily, and with love. 💪💛
